Berrett Pest Control

I just wanted to send an email to notify you of an exemplary employee that you have at Berrett. Chris Branson, pest control specialist, has been assigned to handle an awful rodent problem in my home attic. I have never been around rodents and to know I had a few occupying my attic was one of the most disturbing and disgusting bits of information I have encountered since moving into my home.  

As a stay-at-home mother of three, I deal with a lot of disgusting situations, but this by far, was the worst!!! From the beginning, Chris took complete control of the situation and in concert made a nightmarish situation bearable. His rodent knowledge far surpassed any expectation I may have had, from how they breed to why they were attracted to my attic. You truly have an ACE in Chris and are lucky to have such a valuable player on your team. I paid for the service to have the rodents removed from my home, but the customer service I have had the pleasure to experience by Chris, cannot be bought for any amount of money.  He has gone above and beyond to put my husband and my fears at bay. 

I admit to be a type A personality, and all things must have order in my home (which is hard to do with three small children), but Chris let me know that there is nothing I did or could have done to prevent these creatures from entering my attic. He was a true professional at all times and his confidence in his ability to get rid of these rodents allowed me to relax and trust in him.

I wanted you and upper management to know what type of employee you have working for you. It has been a very long time since I have received exceptional service like this and Chris Branson needs to be acknowledged!
I have termite, pest, and rodent service with Berrett, and I am so glad I chose your company for all my services.  As long as you continue to have employees like Chris working for you, I plan on staying with Berrett a long time.

We have been with Berrett since we lived in Frisco and took them with us far up north as customers, and we have referred our neighbors.  They are always friendly and courteous, they are out here like lightning when we have giant spiders or mice, ant hills or anything else totally creepy inside and outside.  The technicians don’t turnover a lot which shows me they are happy with their jobs, and the company and their employees in the office are as sweet as can be.  I wouldn’t ever change again, no matter where we move in the Metroplex.
